On the rugged South Australian coast, where the land meets the sea, we embrace a life more salty. Inspired by Gose style beers, we combine honey with hops and a touch of sea salt. A mead with fruity honey aromatics and a refreshing savoury finish.

We use blue gum honey (from Eucalyptus leucoxylon), and hop varieties Galaxy and Vic Secret.
